This individual was caught on their phone multiple times while I was behind them, once by the light right next to Kroger and another time at the light next to the Burger King. Not to mention when I attempted to pass them by a zipper merge near the Dollar General over the highway, this individual slammed on the gas, exceeding speeds well over 70 mph, in an attempt to prevent me from merging. After this interaction, this individual also proceeded to drive on the wrong side of the road in a no-passing lane to overtake another vehicle, putting many in unnecessary danger to all drivers. This incident occurred around 7:30 pm on April 19, 2025.

Remedy

Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace the vent window switch with a newer version, free of charge. The owner notification letter was issued and the remedy campaign launched on on December 31, 2014. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
