Individual was seen near Bottle King in Wayne on Rt. 23 driving erratically, trying to beat lights, swerving in and close to other vehicles without using his turn signals. At the Stop by the Lincoln Dealership/Black Oak Ridge Road he opened his door and spewed out a stream of a white substance like bile. He continued on past the Jackson Ave exit in Pompton Plains and up 23N towards Home Depot. He endangered every person on the road that day (5/19/2024), almost clipping at least 3 other cars. Police were hiding in droves that day but they never saw this behavior.
