This all took place in NYC. This man was intoxicated midday harassing kids with vulgar language who volunteered with the ASPCA and did not solicit him. This man approached them, started telling them with slurred speech how they should study harder so they don’t have to “work the corner.” They asked him to leave them alone and he just laughed, saw me, said okay, and then he started following me. I only caught the end, but he was catcalling/verbally harassing me. He tapped me; I turned and smelled the alcohol on his breath. I said leave me alone and started walking away. I took my camera out and that’s when he stopped. He stumbled into his vehicle and started it. He was blasting music and singing belligerently loud. I took what photos I could before getting out of there because he opened the car door and said something like, “What are you doing?” I was scared because he is much bigger than me, and I ran off. I imagine he drove off, which would mean he is on the streets driving drunk right now.
