I assume this driver didn't think I was driving fast enough. They went around me, but instead of continuing on, the driver proceeded to harass me with my children in the car. He got right in front of me and slammed on his brakes multiple times. The first time I barely stopped without hitting him, but he continued to do it! Cars were then almost running into the back of me. Then if I tried to go around him, he would swerve over in front of me. I was unable to pass him and he wouldn't let me drive forward but a few feet at a time, before slamming brakes. It was very scary. The driver did not stop this behavior until they noticed me taking pictures of their license plate and calling 911. This driver needs help.
